Designed to give supportive care to people in the final phase of a terminal illness. It’s care that attends to the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients at the end of life as well as family members. It focusses on comfort and quality of life, rather than cure. The goal is to enable patients to be comfortable and free of symptoms like pain among others, so that they live each day as fully as possible.
It is also intended to provide assistance, support and guidance to the person loved ones.

Please review the checklist requested by your USEMO specialist, and gather as many reports as possible before submitting it for review. If more information is needed, you will be contacted by the specialist.
