How it works
1. Start a Review
Please select department/physician. Review associated checklist, and gather the requested documents.
2. Complete Checklist
Submit all the information needed from the checklist on the USEMO form. Pay your Start Review fee of $125.
3. Medical Records Review
Specialist will review the records and provide you with a written report based on your request. If more information is needed, the physician will communicate with you via email.
4. Complete Payment
Once your report is ready, you will be notified via email. Before downloading the report you will be requested to submit the final payment of $200.
5. Video Meeting
If you have more questions, we offer the option to video-meet with your USEMO specialist. Just schedule, pay and meet. Your treating physician may join the meeting if you desire.
