Video Meeting
Video meeting is a service that is offered to our users to be able to discuss your condition/ report with their USEMO specialist. It is preferably done after the USEMO specialist had a chance to review the information provided by the user. The user will email the USEMO physician with a request for video meeting. The specialist will then give the user time options to schedule the meeting. After the user agrees on the time, a formal request for video meeting is done through USEMO website. A fee of $125 will be charged to schedule the appointment and be able to video meet with the specialist for 15 minutes. The user may have multiple people, including the treating physician in the meeting. A formal email will be sent to the user indicating the appointment time and cell phone number to be contacted. At the appointment time, the USEMO specialist would call the user on the cellular number provided in the formal request using WhatsApp service. If more video meeting time is needed and requested by the user beyond the initial 15 minutes, an additional fee of $125 per 15 minutes of video meeting time will be charged to your account.
The user can cancel the video meeting service after formal request and get a refund by sending an email to USEMO contact more than 6 hours prior to the appointment time.

US Expert Medical Opinion board-certified doctors will review your medical records, to provide their expert opinion on your case. In many cases this second opinion will simply confirm the initial diagnosis, which can provide peace of mind, but in other cases a second opinion will disagree with the initial diagnosis or recommendations, potentially saving you from invasive surgery, or costly treatments. For specific diagnoses, USEMO offers this service remotely, without requiring you to travel for that expert opinion.

An online second opinion from US Expert Medical Opinion costs $325, and there is an additional charge if Video Meeting is requested by patient. You will be charged $125 for your second opinion upon submission of medical records to the designated doctor for review. After the review is completed, you will be asked to complete the payment of $200 for access to see the Expert medical opinion you requested. If you would like to discuss the review with USEMO doctor, then you can schedule a video meeting at a rate of $125 per 15 minute increments. Payments are processed securely via credit card. At this time online second opinions from US Expert Medical Opinion are offered on a cash basis only; they are not covered by insurance.
The timeline for the review depends on adequacy of medical records and information sent to us. Once our team has received the necessary medical records, images (optional upon speciality/physician) and payment, your second opinion will be available within 3-5 business days.
You can cancel a request at any point during the request process, until you agree to legal consent and formally submit the request to US Expert Medical Opinion. You have the option of cancelling your request after submitting the information for review, but your initial charges will not be refunded.
Our secure web application defines the requirements by departments/ medical specialities. Typical requirements are an online statement clarifying your medical problem and the questions you want answered; a medical history or report provided by your treating physician, as well as relevant medical records, diagnostic workup results and images if needed.
